"I attended the open house (May 8, 09) and was treated by John and wife, Owen and Audrey like a long lost friend.
A dealership can be a very sterile and uncomfortable place for riders. That's not the case here! There is not one of John's staff who doesn't understand that they are in the people business. I look forward to each ride in to your facility.
I am made to feel like family at your store John, as is everyone I suppose, and it's not just for show. It's the real deal.
Mike in the parts department is like the GURU of all things BMW. If he is not too busy talk with him a bit and you will discover what a wonderful human being he is.
We all are excited about Audry's soon to arive baby boy and I will sincerely miss her time away from the store.

"Was looking to upgrade my bike next year - between a BMW 650GS/800GS & Triumph's Scrambler or Thruxton - was contacted by Owen, and invited out for a test ride. As things turned out, someone had just turned in a 650GS, and Owen was quick to email me. I rode in, Audrey greeted me - and was so floored by the level of service that I test rode the 650 & bought it on the spot. I'm a pretty low maintenance customer (and not easily impressed,) but was nevertheless stunned by the attitude of your staff - good natured, genuine, and most to my liking, not suffocating with sales pitches or pandering. I will continue to gear up at your location - and to pick the brains of your staff - for all my future endeavours. Great job everyone. Cheers!"

"This is a testimonial about exceptional, above and beyond customer service. At the first BMW track day at Grattan (May 5), my R1100S stalled at the starting line. The battery was totally dead. All of my roadside attempts to diagnose and fix or work around the problem were fruitless. So now I was 150 miles from home on a bike that wouldn't start. John, Audrey, and the staff came to my rescue. They went out of their way to transport my bike to the Canton shop, and to get me home safely. I am continually impressed with the great things that BMW Motorcycles of S.E. Michigan is doing. This experience is another example of how they really walk the talk."

The folks at your dealership are begining to set a new standard in customer service. The sales staff (Jordan and John)are helpful and not pushy. Audrey is like a guru of apparel, and she looks good wearing it too, smile. Mike has been like the greatest thing since indoor plumbing. If I need help with figuring out parts...Mike, seems to always have the answers. If Mike says your parts will be shipped on Thursday...they are shipped thursday..period or else you can expect a call telling you the hold up. I'd say your team is intact and ready to compete with just about anyone.
