"Jordan, John, Audrey, Mike and the rest of the folks there at BMW of Southeast Michigan, I want to thank you for making my son and I feel at home during the open house this past weekend. The folks at your dealership are begining to set a new standard in customer service. The sales staff (Jordan and John)are helpful and not pushy. Audrey is like a guru of apparel, and she looks good wearing it too, smile. Mike has been like the greatest thing since indoor plumbing. If I need help with figuring out parts...Mike, seems to always have the answers. If Mike says your parts will be shipped on Thursday...they are shipped thursday..period or else you can expect a call telling you the hold up. I'd say your team is intact and ready to compete with just about anyone.
